Performance Score methodology

Rankings use the same composite score (0–100) visible in your VeriTrack dashboards. Weights applied each year (subject to annual review):

  • Attendance rate — 50%
  • Punctuality — 30%
  • Checkout completion — 15%
  • Online sync reliability — 5%

Enterprise Excellence

Top Performance Score among enterprise portal clients.

Education & Campus Leadership

Top among college portals, including class attendance where enabled.

Punctuality Award

Lowest sustained late-rate among qualifying clients.

Operational Integrity

Best checkout completion and online sync reliability.

Trust safeguards

  • Active subscription and minimum data window required (e.g. 9 months of eligible logs).
  • Clients may opt out of public ranking while remaining in private benchmarks.
  • VeriTrack staff and demo tenants are excluded.
