How the Performance Score works
A composite score from 0 to 100, calculated per organisation from four measures VeriTrack already records.
The formula
Each measure is a rate between 0 and 100% over the scoring window. The score is the weighted sum:
Score = 0.5 × attendance rate + 0.3 × punctuality + 0.15 × checkout completion + 0.05 × online sync reliability

| Punctuality | Share of check-ins that were on time. | 30% |
| Checkout completion | Share of check-ins with a matching check-out. | 15% |
| Online sync reliability | Share of records captured online rather than queued offline. | 5% |
Eligibility & safeguards
- Active subscription and a minimum data window are required (e.g. 9 months of eligible logs).
- Clients may opt out of public ranking while remaining in private benchmarks.
- VeriTrack staff and demo tenants are excluded.

- Top Performance Score among enterprise portal clients.
- Education & Campus Leadership
- Top among college portals, including class attendance where enabled.
- Punctuality Award
- Lowest sustained late-rate among qualifying clients.
- Operational Integrity
- Best checkout completion and online sync reliability.
